What's Expected
Communicate Respectfully
Speak kindly and openly. Every person on BaatCheet deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their background or situation.
Be Honest About Your Needs
Share what you're going through as openly as you feel comfortable. The more your guide understands, the better they can support you.
Be On Time for Sessions
Guides plan their time around your sessions. Joining on time respects their commitment to you.
Respect Boundaries
Guides are here to support your emotional wellness. Please respect their professional boundaries at all times.
What's Not Allowed
No Harassment or Abuse
Verbal abuse, threatening language, sexual harassment, or any form of bullying toward guides or other users will result in immediate account suspension.
No Recording of Sessions
Recording, screenshotting, or sharing any part of a session without explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.
No False Information
Do not impersonate others, create fake profiles, or provide misleading information. This includes misrepresenting your identity or situation.
No Spam or Solicitation
Using BaatCheet for advertising, promotional content, or soliciting personal contact details from guides is not allowed.
During Sessions
- Find a quiet, private space before joining a session.
- Do not share your session link or call credits with others.
- If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, you may end the session and report the guide.
- Sessions are billed per minute — credits are deducted only for active call time.
- BaatCheet does not provide emergency medical advice. For emergencies, call 112.
Confidentiality
Everything shared in a BaatCheet session is strictly confidential. Guides are expected to maintain the privacy of every user. Users are equally expected to respect the privacy of their guides.
BaatCheet does not sell, share, or disclose your personal information or session content to third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
How to Report a Concern
If you experience or witness any violation of these guidelines, please report it immediately. We take every report seriously.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in the following actions, depending on severity:
Warning — for first-time or minor violations.
Temporary Suspension — for repeated or moderate violations.
Permanent Ban — for severe violations including harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.
